Losing weight the right way?

For the last 2 weeks I have been exercising 60 minutes a day (45min tae walks forward and weights and 15-20) and have been CAL eating in 1300 but not spaced five times a day. I lost some weight, but I want to do it the way at the moment because I know this is a change of style of life. Im going to keep exercising and eating five meals a day like this: breakfast snack 300 200 200 300 cal cal cal cal 300 lunch dinner snack every 2-3 hours. My question is, initially weight gain of this transition? Besides, I'll be able to lose a few pounds for Monday? (I know it's exaggerated, but whatever) If not, how long will it take to see results?
