hi i am currently feeding about four times a day and I was wondering if I can go on the diet of cabbage soup .. I know mothers who are not strictly breastfeeding. My son is 6 months and is already in the bottle and now solids.I weight 230 pounds, have to lose 80 and need to act quickly.
