When you’re ready to buy your thick yoga mat, be sure to check the sizing chart to see that it is actually the thickness that you want. A premium yoga mat is a luxurious choice but have an open-heart and be prepared to trial and error a few mats before you find ‘the one’. There are a few creative ways that you can re-use your old yoga mats so you won’t have to feel guilty about buying a ‘new and improved’ one.
